Order Tracking

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Address Changes & Accuracy

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at ShopAuralisScents@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
